Getting a reading of "Atomiser short"

    Hello good people.
I'm getting an "Atomiser short" display on two separate mods that I have, from 2 different Vaporesso Target tanks. A Istick 80W TC mod and the target 2 Vaporesso 75W mod. New coils fitted after a good clean and fill, still have the same reading. What are the causes of this please?
    Awwww! Stuff it all!

Smokeless from 10/02/15 Thanks immensely to AVFers old guard!

    Vertically challenged atomiser.

    Sorry

These rather sad comments really are the only things I have to add to convos about gear these days. I have no clue about new stuffs.

Is there water inside the tanks base after cleaning? a remote possibility of cause

I just tried the one I have and it is possibly the + pin has been moved from one of your mods 510's, an easy fix, just half unscrew your coil and give the base of the tank a light tap on your desk to push the pin up then screw the coil back fully and all should be ok

If I get that on a build, it usually means wires are touching the chimney or each other in inappropriate ways...

shouldnt happen with coils unless the manufacturers are really garbage

Not sure if doc is using factory coils or DIY... I'm DIY all the way.

Target tank uses atlantis type coils

The most likely is the 510 + pin problem

Or a dud coil out of the pack. They have about a 10% fail rate...

My guess is going to be either a to long of a center pin or a bad batch of coils. Could also be the 510 pin is faulty but unlikely on 2 different tanks . Have you had the tank running in the past or is this just a recent problem or is it the first time you have used these tanks.
You have obviously cleaned both center pin and 510 conection with some kind of alcohol /metho, so dirty 510/ center pin is out of the question??. Im going to say bad batch of coils but i haven't used tanks in over 5 months and never had this problem.
    Good luck mate.

Possibility that the coil isn't screwed in tightly enough.. I had this happen to me several times when i was using manufactured coils.
