there was a report that you could end up with fine metal particles from your coils if you do dry burn.
If you are worried you can always use spaced coils and you wont need to glow them.

Never dry burn nickel or titanium coils. If they do get gunked and need a clean, pulse them a couple of times to loosen residue, and scrub them with a brush. If you're really keen water, PG or alcohol can be used as you scrub them clean. Dry, rewick, vape.

Not being able to dry burn sort of defeats the purpose. Dry burn..rinse... rinse and repeat

Thanks captive it's a good read and makes me think twice about dry burning, water, spaced coils and TC seems to be favoured by the experts along with mtl and just a few ml's a day. I was doing the best practice for my first 2 years with my old gs air tank using pre made coils which never needed dry burning and only using a few ml's a day. The last year I've been doing all the bad stuff like making and burning coils, DL and vaping heaps. Got caught up in the fad and all the clever advertising so now I'm up to my neck in it.
