I don't really buy that much new vape gear anymore. Learnt my lesson over the years.

If I had a wrong purchase (not bad) it would be the Jac. Beautifully made and ergonomically correct but the fire button was too responsive and I would fire it just picking it up. Gave me a start every time I touched it.

Best purchase was the Smoant Knight V2's + Vika Fantasy Clones. Great little side by side mod, Never falls over, the right size, weight and balance and teamed with the Vika fantasy clones it has become my go to setup for most of the day. Super cheap and don't need to worry if I get them grubby in my studio.

This gnome tank i got with my RX gen3 seems to be a miss.

Tank makers seem to have decided juice control was a gimmick the coils suffer from its 4 Cylon juice holes.
Unless you pull as hard as a teenage boy with his first porno, the vape is so thick it coats the barrel so every second vape you get a mouth full of juice.

Im finding i need to vape at a stupidly high wattage to stop the seepage and im blowing an extra 4mls of juice a day with this tank.

My best purchases of the year has to be my pulse22 rda. Has quickly become my daily driver for my squonkers. I bought 2 more i like em that much.

And the wraith squonker yes its heavy but is pocketable and is solid hasn't missed a beat in 6 months. Im hoping that the cappo will be my next daily driver but is still in the post.

Worst 2 purchases of the year have to be.

pico25 mod compared to the original pico it feels cheap plastic feel in the hand. So much so that I could never bring myself to use it.

Other has to be the drone squonker. Its big heavy and the squonk bottle is in the totally wrong spot requiring you to spin the mod in ur hand just to squonk.
It also seems like its pretty prone to failure after seeing a few posts and reviews.

Best for me is between the Athena and Pulse BF mods. Athena hits harder but Pulse takes 20700 batts. Best RDA is the Pulse 22 for single coil no leak squonking and the Dead Rabbit for dual coils. But there's more coming in 2017 so will reserve judgement for now. Want to try the Bonza and the Drop, and a new 22mm single coil Dead Rabbit is coming soon too.

Worst is probably the Lost Vape Drone. For the price, it is pretty poorly designed and mine leaked through the upper battery terminals. Still dealing with warranty claim on that one.

My best purchase was a lifetime's supply of stainless steel mesh, back in the days when some genius with a backyard shed and a youtube channel managed to convince the world that metal was a perfectly suitable wicking material. I dedicated a weekend of my life learning how to coil a gennie that actually worked. Gee it was fun spending 20 hours trying to convince a tiny tube of steel mesh to stop being electrically conductive. I'm right for the Vapergeddon though. Hot spots schmot spots, no flies on me.

Worst ever purchase was a couple of hundred bucks for a purple Provari. Now there's Provaris and Provaris of course. Not all of them are ugly, but nothing quite screams "extremely solidly built electric toothbrush" like a purple V2 mini Provari. Fortunately a mate relieved me of the stupid thing in exchange for a mini Target, which is really cute, and dinky, and I use it everyday, and it works perfectly, and I love it ... and it's worth about 20 bucks.

Ahem - that target cost me 50 bucks! still the best swap of my life though and its a very pretty little Purple Provari, classic case of beauty is in the hands of the beholder
