I got a good size sheet off Ingred when I got a line off her. Don't know what grade it is but works good.

I've got a good setup going on a ZAP now which is 40/60 pg/vg

    I think it is 325 mesh, 5/6 wrap of 34g 3.6ohms at 5.8v

I tend to try something different each time, I reckon the 325 does give thicker vapor and more of a throat hit.

On the mech mods I will generally use 28g

However the Zenesis was set up by Zen works pretty good once the wick is wet but you have to tip it upside down for it to wick well even with 70/30

After BJ47's extensive testing with solid #500 mesh that has been my go to mesh and setup for some time now, recently I have been setting each of my gennys up with different setups to see how they perform over time in comparison with each other.
Some solid, some solid with 18g center channel, some semi solid, some 3.3mm diameter some 2.2mm diameter and one on a modded AGAT with a 4mm #500 top wrapped around a 3mm 20micron ( freebie with #500), all are working great and have slightly different pros and cons. Too much info to Hijack this tread, but will post some more I'm depth info and conclusions after a little more time in use.
    I have 20micron,#200,#275,#325#,#400 and #500,I know of #625.

What's the concept that we where running after....!?
Bigger mesh number ,means more holes per 1cm means better wicking right..?

Like 500 wicks better than 400 am I right..?!
