Setting up a newb with a healthy hardware budget!

So I gave a guy at work at lend of my silverbullet and boges for the last week.
He's converted and now wants me to "hook him up" with hardware only.

    These are the rules:

    - Only wants to buy once, not continually upgrade (good quality).
    - He's happy to carry spare batteries but doesn't want to have to refill during the day (>3ml capacity).
    - Will learn to rebuild.
    - "Would never want anything longer than my mini Provari and Vivi Nova" so less than 130mm-ish length all together.
    - Budget is one month of cigarettes which is $400 for everything excluding juice (mods, batteries, tanks, drip tips etc).

Stuffed if I know what to recommend
I thought of starting this thread as a wish list if you were starting over, what would you buy, and I guess it's like that.
I would like to give him a good setup, a backup setup and a cheap "going to the pub/beach/paintball" setup.

Provari mini with a Liquinator with a 5ml tank which are the same diameter as the 3ml. Vapebar has them available to purchase separate and that way if he wants the smaller tank he still has the 3ml.

    Simple, he needs a Reo

Heaps of options on top (atty, carto, rebuildable), lotsa juice capacity and reasonably compact and built to withstand a nuke attack!

As a good setup I'd go with a gg stealth and terminator. 200 bucks.
Backup gus 18350 and some tank. 120 bucks.
ego t and ce5's to take out on the piss.

It's pretty hard. He might have to try side and bottom buttons first.
I like the gg as I can put it down without locking it every second minute.

^^ This is more along the lines of what I am thinking?!
I'm not chasing ANYTHING though for other people so stuff would have to be available and not on lists.
I don't have any bottom bottons to show him.

Killer 705 and pyrex tanks, couple of AGA-T+, Terminator, rebuildable silica dripper, GUS 18350s etc
and Ego mod and CE5s for pubs.

Was thinking of steering him away from cartos and carto tanks to be honest.

If I could turn back time I'd get a Provari mini with a few Vivi Novas. It's probably all I'd ever need and I'd have saved myself about $2k. Juice is the next question I spose.

Juices you fix him up yourself.

Hardware - zmax mini coupled with a nova/rebuildable/carto tank.

Ego twist kit for when he's out on the piss.

    Plenty of change from $400
