Building GG stuff without NR Wire?!

I have spent half the day looking for a roll of NR wire that I had and it's gone.

I know I have read thread on building GG stuff without using any NR wire but I can't find them at the moment.
    Does anyone have any links/tips?

Or else does anyone know if I can buy NR wire anywhere? It's just silver wire.
    ie Bunnings, Supercheap, etc?

Thanks guys. No rush or panic.

It's just to have a play with this clone.
If I can't find the tutorials i'll just order from Simon.

using just R wire will work but it will heat up parts of the atty that shouldnt be heating up.. imho..
a temporary work around would be to twist abut 3 x 32 awg kanthal wires to use as NR wire cop... might be worth a try mate.

the only reason i run plain r in the dripper pro and killer is very little wire is not exposed to juice, in penelope i know plain r didnt work as well due to the ammount of the r wire is not exposed and coil heats up less where it needs to, i assume oddy and addy clones would be similar to the penny....
