Where can I buy UDT Mod Switch?

    Hi guys,

It seems that my UDT's switch is busted, do you know what it is called and where I can get a replacement for it? Thanks!

Thanks for that, do you know what its called?

I resoldered the wire already but it still won't fire. I have tried a direct wire from the 510 connection to the battery and it works so I presume its the switch.

    .5" Red Button Switch

That is a better option but will need some drilling to fit in the body of the mod.

Dunno whether you found your answer to this or not, but one of my UDTs had the same problem.
I had this momentary DPST toggle switch from Jaycar, it fits a little closely but does fit.
Looks a little funny, but fits the hand, turns on and on perfectly.

ELECTRICAL LIFE:30,000 make-and-break cycles at full load
CONTACT RESISTANCE:20m ohm max. initial at 2-4VDC@100mA for both silver and gold plated contacts. This generally falls as switch contacts bed in.
INSULATION RESISTANCE:1,000Mohm min, any contact to body
DIELECTRIC STRENGTH:1,000V RMS @ sea level
    OPERATING TEMPERATURE:-30 degrees - +85 degrees Celsius

CONTACT RATING (with resistive load) Subminiature: 3 Amps @ 28VDC Miniature: 5 Amps @ 28VDC

Note: Not sure when Milf ratings became part of a switch spec, but this one comes with MOM on, MOM off mode.
