If the Peter Mac Clinic espouses similar views, I will be shocked and disappointed.

If they get away with banning them in WA, it's only a matter of time before other states follow suit too I'll bet.

Wouldn't they be leaving themselves open to a massive class action? Actively preventing people from accessing a safer alternative to smoking?

sometimes the more letters you write the more you give away regarding your own case tho - allowing them to better prepare their case

i think we need to find out more about the court case and what arguments were put forward

Just as I told an os vendor last night who contacted me telling me that my package has no mention of nicotine on the bottles and no description with ecigarette use on the outer parcel because of international laws and they didn't want it confiscated so they took precautions. I told them that there was no laws prohibiting its importation and was perfectly legal. They said as of nov 1st they will make all published info accurate regardless of destination and happy to know Australia is on the safe list.
But with the shit happening lately who knows for how long. Even the vic health doc that says ecigarettes r illegal in Victoria keeps getting updated.

We should be thankful for small mercies, I guess.

At least our legal system hasn't been corrupted by BP ....................yet.
