Report on International Travel and Vaping

Not sure if this is this right section...

    BUT..

Just flew in from USA to Sydney ...Delta Airlines OK

No problems with nicotine in suitcase, no trouble with Mods or batteries or anything! No bag search NOTHING coming into AU.

People vaping in LA airport! We took a mods on the plane with battery and e juice in it and vaped on the plane! Did it secretly, didn't blow huge plumes of vapour, but didn't
have to go into the toilet or anything.

Waiting to see if flavours arrive via post.

Phew...I was so nervous about it, seems as all is cool with International travel and vaping, I mean guys where blowing vape INSIDE the secure area in LAX

Put Mod with battery full of e juice in the secure cart where you put shoes, computers etc...NOTHING!!!!! No one asked about anything. i guess they are getting used to it and know what mods
look like now in the scanners.

Good news for travelling with PVs. This is International, we did not take AU local flights.

    Thanks fifth,
I am on limited internet usage, so I dare not stream videos!! What song is it?
Yeah, can't believe what luck we have with customs, maybe just got lucky, or perhaps they realise vaping is harmless.

Good news for International travel, now just waiting to see if AU post lets the flavour through.

If I had not panicked I could have bought back heaps more, as it was there were 6 Vamos and two iTaste. All my coils, nic, tanks, kanthal, silica, liquids etc..AOK!!!!

Haven't checked if the VG nic survived yet, it went straight to the freezer.

    Thanks for this post!!!!
I am travelling to the east coast of the US in a few weeks and have been a little worried about it all. There hasn't been much practical info out there!

Travelling with your vaping gear is generally not an issue, I've done at least 6 overseas trips since starting vaping, and the only trouble I've had is at the x-ray, nothing drastic, it just stands out in the x-ray is all so they want a look at it. Just take your devices out of your carry on to scan separately and it's all good though.

I have heard Singapore has strict laws about ecigs but I don't have any personal experience with this.

Batteries need to be in a case or have the terminals taped.

I had them in a special little plastic case ans a roll of electrical tape packed just in case. I also had a battery in my mod, just put it in the tray with computer.

    No hassles!
