    Not sure that the initial stat about SNUs is correct, but they look more favourably on SNUs further on, and on e-cigs

    I see they still use the 1860s standard of 60mg of nicotine being a fatal dose and as little as 10mg for a child.

    FDA scientists found that 33 puffs of 100 ml each from an electronic cigarette without pause delivered 1 mg of nicotine – the same amount delivered from one tobacco cigarette, although this number was not reliably consistent when the early imports were tested by the FDA in 2009; modern versions are more reliable

    they should make a note of wattage, nicotine level in the juice and device used in the testing
