    Are these illegal now ?

Thinking of purchasing one of these novelties .......

Zero Fog Blaster - Red Blaster w/Fluid

The Zero Fog Blaster is a ray gun that shoots smoke rings up to 14 feet.
A great toy for the office or home.
Safe and non-toxic, it comes with a water based fog liquid that you pour into the gun and blast away.

I'll have to use my hand to operate it, but as long as I don't put it near my mouth I should be alright.

NB: Not suitable for WA residents.

Don't put it in mouth but blow rings. Smoke or vapour rings will renormalise smoking. They are targeting children.

I would say YES these are now illegal in WA.

Why? Smoke rings... Normalizes blowing smoke rings so that could be indirectly simulating smoking.

Also don't be caught selling hot sausage rolls.....hand to mouth action with the production of steam. The ultimate gateway to smoking!

The government is more concerned with the next generation of the defence force than a few extra bucks from smoking tax. Smoking may not be forever, but armies are a necessity.
