Can we see the actual legislation yet?

From the surface it's not as bad as it could be. It could have just as easily been a total ban on everything.

makes no difference to vapers, we vape outside with the smokers anyway. Common courtesy. Definitely impact the b&m vendors though

there probably isn't or there will never be a "legitimate" written legislation. It's just the new Law they are anouncing. In Victoria they are installing smart meters like it's going out of fashion because it's the Law. They have come several times to my house in the past few years (and sending me letters ) that i have to get a smart meter installed. It's been 3-4 years now, i Have no smart meter. All i said to every arrogant pr*ck that came to my door telling me that it is "compulsory" was asked to show me the Legislation that it is Mandatory, once i see that i wll back off. I still haven't seen it.
Fortunately there is a big group in Australia against the smart meters being installed.
Unfortunately for us Vapers, there is no big group to jump up and down for our Rights !!!. slowly slowly, we will be going underground ,having a fridge and cupboard full of juices etc so we can get by, and for what?!!!!, just so the Tobacco/pharma Companies can and will put pressure on the Government to do what they want.
Sorry if i have upset anyone with my jumping up and down about this but this is how i feel.
    cheers to all,
    AL

Does this mean all vapour products will have to come in plain packaging, with graphic warnings, be heavily taxed, and come with an excessive excise for imports?

    Need to see this legislation.
