wow the basis of their argument is:

"Our position is really that these open tanks are really not appropriate. And the reason for that is because people can put whatever they want to in those tanks, and this is a lot of the public outcry."

wow, not like cig-a-likes cant be refilled like the 4 billion youtube vids demonstrate. you bunch of idiots RJ R !

oooo i'm so mad I could crush a grape.
amount saved by not smoking: $lots
amount spent on vaping: $not enough

I can not tell you how much joy a story like this gives me.

They are completely desperate because they know they can't compete with "open system" Vaping. Or they think they can't.

I hope the FDA are not completely stupid but the recent shenanigans in WA have me worried (Only a bit)

I'm almost fearful - BT has so much pull (as evidenced by there ability to prevent analogues getting pulled from shelves) that it is almost a given they until they feel they control this (vapeing) market, it is all going to be an uphill battle...

Time to stockpile doomsday prepper style?

Rda's and mechs look nothing like a cig so that law is not fitting ! Its only going to drive up black market prices if they ban "future" sales of these devices, so newbies will find it harder to switch to vaping or probably not even bother so that would tell us that its all about the money and no one gives a toss about public health but i guess we already figured that anyway.

Pure hypocrisy, so it will happen. Funny how the tobacco companies are so worried about our health, and yet still allowed to sell their death sticks or NRT.
