    Interesting. And considering how much more expensive the cigalike approach is, if the $ spend ratio is 1 to 2 then actual vaping ratio would be more like 1 to 10.

    Here's a tip for journalists, bloggers and other pseudo-educated types: When you say that something is illegal, please quote the relevant section of the relevant Act and explain your interpretation. I'm sick of people saying this or that is illegal - and spreading this 'opinion' - without doing a 'fact check'.

    It's hard to gather from the article what they really mean by 'cigalike', and so whether this is really true. They imply disposable, non refillable devices. But I know of plenty of cigalikes that sell well and don't fall into that category, eRoll, V2 etc.
