The good thing is, the health dept don't know what they're talking about.
The bad thing is, they'll ban it anyway.

Your toaster should be banned, it's a danger to all of us. Think of the children.

Obviously, they intend to ban all vehicles, and specifically diesel trucks, all of which emit more particulate matter than PVs.

ETA: Not forgetting all power stations (excluding solar and wind), all processing factories etc

Particulate matter is dangerous if it comes into contact with anti-particulate matter in the lungs, which could explode, leveling several city blocks.

    Oh no !
there goes my coffee machine, every morning, during the day and evening, my coffee bean grinder all in 1 espresso machine reaks the entire house of that sweet smell of coffee.
On a nice day the neighbors compliment me of Particulated Matter Coffee and we also enjoy a cuppa of Particulated Matter Coffee (made with spring water,if you live in S.A., that's what you do), 2 sugars, no milk.

Don't tell the health authorities or they will ban, coffee beans and spring water !
