19 US vendors being prosecuted by Not for Profit CEH.

"CEH Initiates Legal Action on Vaping Dangers
Oakland, CA-The nonprofit health watchdog Center for Environmental Health (CEH) today is initiating legal action against 19 companies that sell e-cigarettes and/or e-liquids without consumer warnings, as is required under California law. E-cigarettes are marketed as a harmless “vaping” alternative to tobacco and to regulated smoking-cessation products, but the CEH action notes that unregulated vaping products expose users to nicotine, a chemical known to pose serious reproductive health hazards, and thus must carry warnings under the state’s Prop 65 consumer protection law. CEH is also concerned about other chemical health threats from vaping, including from formaldehyde and other chemicals known to cause cancer."

I'm told it is about lack of warnings in regard to labeling among other things. ie pregnant women about the risks of nicotine.

Oh No! Think of the unborn babies and all the birth defects.
    Who tells them these things?

I don't blow clouds. I might if they bought me dinner and made me feel appreciated every now and then...

    Good old california...

To this day, Adaptec RAID cards still come with a California state-issued warning that consumption (im assuming?) may cause birth defects in unborn children

Perhaps we could paint them as whale first, and let the Japanese eat them.
Marinate for 4 hours in some Westborough Church special sauce.

The 'formaldehyde' part can be easily debunked, and I'd never heard of nicotine causing 'serious reproductive health hazards`, but it occurred to me that if they put up a weak case and fail, it can only benefit vapers.

Perhaps this has all been engineered by 'vape friendly' people with the intention that it will fail!
