same bunch of inaccuracies on the NSW side of Fairfax. At the same time. Talk about propaganda...
Baird Government to ban e-cigarette sales to children - 70 percent found to contain nicotine

70 per cent of e-liquids sampled contained nicotine without any mention on the packaging?
Things would be different if nicotine sale was legal in the first place.

I HATE GOVERNMENTS ! all governments, fedral, state and local, labour or liberal !
They do not want to know the FACTS ! They want to throw the baby out with the bathwater. They want to ban something that is the best NRT that has a huge success rate compared to patches, gum etc. and I had an EXTREME adverse reaction to Champix, lucky to be alive !
The really crazy thing is if they ban them they are helping big tobacco companies by eliminating competition. I recently had to see a respiratory physician due to another issue and supported e cigs 100% harm reduction reduction. Australia has a chance to lead the world in research and legislation, but again, all too hard, just ban everything ...........
I could go on and on ...... but I wont. Rant over ...........

100% of all cigarettes sales to children contain nicotine. Don't blame the E-cigs, blame the unethical businesses.

i love this line the most

"They're a novelty item, they're a toy," she said. "They're in Red Bull and bubblegum flavours - they're aimed at children and we don't think they have any place in our market in Australia."

humm a toy humm some device go upto 100w yer i'm gonner let my kids play with that.. and only kids like Red Bull and bubblegum flavours. where as adults ofusualy only like vegetable flavor and resbuilty

it could just be the journalist who wants to find a topic that will draw media attention for the sake of it. One time I ran around calling the CC about the absurd article on one of the newspapers and they said that it was misinterpreted, they never made claims that were presented in the newspaper. The best way to find out what's really going on is to call them directly and ask, or maybe they were lying to me.
