Calls to widen bans in Victoria

According to today's HeraldSun calls for e-cigs bans to widen. The Royal Australian college of physicians has rejected claims that e-cigs help people quit. The Australian medical association and quit Victoria are calling for tougher regulations as well. The RACP president prof Nicholas Talley said there was little evidence about their safety and that Australian regulators needed to maintain bans. Health minister Jillaroo Hennessey is consulting with experts about the issue.
I say we should all get in contact with the health minister and let her know from personal experience what the health benefits are. Here's the link to contact her Contact | Jill Hennessy

Lets face it, the government has no interest in actual harm prevention and this is a result of low tobacco revenue thanks to vaping compounded by the fact that these organizations are ran by money grubbing fuckwits. Makes my blood boil, dont tell them my bloods boiling though... they'll blame ecigs for that

The way I understand it is that Federally we can import it. Once we hold it in our hot little hands in Vic it becomes illegal under state laws. Never been tested though as far as I know.

Fancy a Doctor ( the head of the RACGP no less) suggesting ecigs (without nicotine) should be banned and yet tobacco smokes are legal and available in every corner store. It really is nasty stuff.
