The SA thing is interesting. As an ex South Aussie I know it's a conservative place BUT we/they also pride themselves on being progressive in some ways. I wouldn't be surprised if something progressive comes out of SA regarding vaping.

Pfft any regulation is bad, unless it is a regulation to stop people from regulating things that don't need to be regulated

In the version of the article I read: E-cigarette regulations recommended in SA despite 'unclear' health risks - ABC News (Australian Broadcasting Corporation) there's a proposal to ban online sales.

How the heck are they logistically going to manage that? Unless their intention is to stop SA based vendors from selling online? Even then, it would quickly become nigh on impossible to enforce.
Another one of their brainfarts is to tax 'devices'. Again, how are they proposing to do that? I'd assert the majority of gear bought by South Aussies is from overseas/interstate.

This one... E-cigarette regulations recommended in SA despite 'unclear' health risks - ABC News (Australian Broadcasting Corporation)

Basically they're considering regulating them the same as tobacco products. Or in other words not much would change for me.

At work I Vape in the smoking areas only. Why would you even consider Vaping inside the office? OR why draw crabs????

Flavour bans, internet sales bans, purchase from a "vape shop" only and an appeal to the Feds to police nicotine imports? You have an optimistic view good sir
