    Speechless!!!

The 'old boys club' strikes again. Speaks volumes.......... $.....$.....$..... How could they not go against this case?!!! The amount of money the gubbermint is missing out on is steadily growing every day, simply because Vaping works!!!

OMG....maybe they should apply the same rules to nicotine gum because it resembles confectionery, sometimes the govt amazes me with the outdated views they hold.

As long as it is not a 510T you should be fine lol. My box mods look more like a USB power pack than a tobacco product.

From reading the case it seems like they still can't really figure out whether they are designed to resemble a tobacco product or not, but didn't agree with the other reasons for the appeal and just sprouted on about the whole greater good to the community BS. Maybe one of the lawyers here can clarify exactly what it all means?

I'd say it will be a lawyers delight, and could keep the courts busy for years. However I'd expect we'll see some movement in parliament pretty soon.

Poor Vince, now a convicted criminal, for helping people to give up smoking the wrong way.

I guess he should have said "Bugger them, let them all die of smoking related diseases", that is certainly the sentiment the WA Health Establishment via the WA Cancer Council has sent out.
