you still need a prescription for 3 month supply, that rule was twisted by dodgy vendors to make it sound legal, when it is not

Not restricted for import, just illegal to posses and use without a prescription because it's an S7 substance. It becomes illegal under state law. The TGA and customs do not enforce state law.

So technically you do just need a prescription. I made one order with NicoPharm and now have the prescription number and the doctor's prescriber number and other details.

I become rather upset about all these new reports surfacing and being discussed.

I only started vaping about 3-weeks ago, all these things make me sad.

I just want my nicotine imports ...

Just start stocking up now, since nobody is having problems getting it in.
No use crying later, when you should have been stockpiling instead of reading legislation..

Nothing has changed really, at this point. I've been waiting for sanity to prevail for over three years now.

Elections coming up shortly. If you feel motivated enough, contact your local members and candidates, tell them what vaping means to you, and find out how they feel about it. Chances are they won't give a rats 'A' but sometimes it does a little bit of good.
