    Situation in Poland

This seems to be slipping under the wire, getting very little press

Poland Will Shut Down Online Vaping Sales - Vaping360

I've seen mention that all vaping in public is also banned, subject to fines but I can't find confirmation of that at the moment. Basically they've gone further than the TPD requires.

The stupidity and ignorance continues. Cigarettes of course are freely available.

Once again it's all about revenue $$$. There's a whole system in place for collecting it from Big Tobacco and Vaping is the only thing that has been able to threaten it.

... and we vote for these criminals?

You know, on another level I can accept this, if only they would tell the truth for the reasons, being revenue. To my knowledge, Italy has been the only country to admit that Vaping has hit their bottom line and imposed (Big) vaping taxes. Please note I did say accept, not agree.
Because I trust no-one Who tells me FACTS with no proof

This is the situation in europe. If online sales of cigarettes is banned, they also ban the online sales of vaping products. Some countries even have no good working age verification system (required for online tpd2 sales). Some are banning only cross border sales - this is for the upcomming e-liquid tax.
