    Relax. Ecigs warehouse are ok. Im sure hell fix u up a bottle of juice. He can be a bit slow on the replies but hes not shonkey.

    Still no word, or product, from these guys.

    It's now been 7 working days (10 days) since i contacted them about the missing product.

    Hi Jetpants sorry I haven't replied through here but I do remember your order and have replied to your email. Only 1 bottle was sent out was sent out because we only had 1 30ml bottle of juicy peach left in stock. We left a note on the invoice sent out with the order saying that it was on backorder. We then received an email asking what that meant, an email that I did reply to saying that the other bottle would be sent out to you as soon as we get more in or an alternative option that if you would like to swap it over for a different flavor that was in stock if you didn't want to wait.

    I don't think you have the right order in mind. I sent emails enquiring about the missing product, not as you've mentioned above. I received no email from you, inbox, spam box or otherwise. I still haven't.

    But just let me check something... your policy is to send incomplete orders without informing the customer first? Your customers are only informed of unavailable stock once they inquire about missing items in their delivery? You only offer to exchange items once the incomplete order has been delivered and the customer contacts you?

    Very strange.

    So where's the juice?
