Try the helpful guy(s) at Ecig-SA.com S.A | Adelaide | South Australia he is reputed to be very helpful.
Any details on the Vamo error condition?

The little red ring is a fibre insulator and its absence in itself shouldn't stop the Vamo.
Forgive me, but did you click 5+ times to turn it on again?

Dropping the thing can make the battery compress on its spring and momentarily break contact with the positive pin and demand turning on again.

ya nah,am not that big of a noob, tried but didn't want to over try,so let it rest like a lovely steak ,yet na,after numerous attemps at revivale it appears that a driper tank on an ego is the only option for this evening,it will be a long night but luckily i have a guardian something or other with a rather fine goatee that floats around on an exquisite cloud of vapour that has provided me with hope that by 6:45 am.my suffering will end, perhaps i might start a chronicle tho of the perils of bein a noob,so if anybody out here is looking for a writer for their blogsite upon this subject feel free to get in touch.
