    HealthCabin/EMS delivery problems

    Hi,
    I was wondering if anyone else was having problems with deliveries from HealthCabin via EMS.
    I've had 3 orders and 2 of them have been 'lost in transit' - not happy!
    The EMS tracking numbers are:
    EE315635079CN and
    EE531506348CN.
    I track them via http://www.track-trace.com/post and can see that the first one seemed to have been bounced back from customs in Melbourne although they never notified me about it. The second one did not even leave China.
    I contacted HealthCabin when I saw the first one had been bounced and they sent me a prompt email reply asking if my delivery address was correct; which of course it was as 1 of my 3 orders had got through. But since then there has been total silence.

    Can anyone suggest what I should do?
    Do others have similar problems?
    Should I use a different supplier/shipper?

    yeh looks like the first number went back to them over a month ago,
    what was in the order to make em do that and what state are you in for reference sake LuckyStrike ?

    Let amy know at healthcabin. I have had over 15 deliveries from them with no problems.

    Stoney, I had 2x110 of 36mg flav in the first and delivery was to Melbourne, VIC.

    Just try pop them over another email with these details of shipping in there. It's quite clear you did not receive the parcel. HC are generally very good and are spoken of quite highly in the Ecig world.

    Im sure they will do whatever they can to sort the issue out

    thank you for your post here.

    i am very sorry for the problems with your 2 orders.

    1) we just got EE315635079CN returned to us. we do not know why it was returned to china after it reached there. please do not worry about it. we will contact with you about your shipping address by email and resend it via ems asap.

    2) as for EE531506348CN, i am sorry that it was returned to us and we had resent it with a new tracking number EE610453727CN. here goes its update online.

    btw, we just started to use a new EMS shipper to Australia last week. it takes 2-3 days to reach Australian customs via ems sometimes. here goes an sample.

    HealthCabin, many thanks for your prompt and impressive response, many suppliers would not care.
    I shall contact you as suggested and hope everything works out well.
