    Anyone know how to contact HC, other than help ticket??

    I want to know if it is possible to somehow contact someone from HC via skype or irc - i.e. something where you can have a chat/conversation rather than the back and forth type communication of the help ticket.

    Anybody know?

    I know Amy used to have a skype account but that is no longer active.

    The main reason is that I want to place an order via DHL but neither that option or EMS is available and has been that way for a few days. With that said I put in an order not more than 2 weeks ago via DHL (including ego Batts and juice) and all was ok.

    i am sorry that we do not offer the online chat service now. We do offer service mainly through help ticket because it is easy for us to process many requests one by one and make everything in record for our check.
    Please submit a ticket and we will reply to you asap.

    I understand that the helpdesk is the most efficient form of communication for customers, as your business must have grown substantially since I started vaping back in 2010.

    By the way, is that you Amy? Are you still the main sales consultant at HC?
