Help Desk Instruction

In order to offer you better and faster customer service, we are setting up a new helping system. You do not need to email us but just submit a question ticket which is convenient and easy for both you and us.


Step 1 Click "NEED HELP? Click Here" on the page Contact Us , you will go to Help Desk.


Step 2 Click "Submit a ticket" to write down your question

Complete all the information needed including your name, email, question category (select one from the dropdown menu), priority, subject and message.


Step 3 You will get a noreply email if you have successfully submitted the ticket and also you will receive another noreply email when your ticket has been answered.

Each ticket has a tracking ID, with which you can search for it anytime.

In the email there will be a link for your ticket, which will automatically lead you to the page
