    Health Cabin Website Confusing?

Does anyone out there find that the Health Cabin website is very confusing? That is, it categorizes it's products in a confusing manner.

    1. Click on Ego link. There is battery, passthrough and kit. Battery and passthrough for the ego, aren't they the same thing? Ego's don't have standard batteries. Whether you click on 'passthrough' or 'batteries'....what you see are mods. There's no difference. Then...there is another link called 'eCigarette regular batteries'. Guess what it has in them. So more Ego passthroughs. Shouldn't they be in the link described before.
    2. I'm looking for tanks. I can see Atomizer. I can see Cartomizer. Where's Clearomizer? Oh wait...I have to do a search to find them

Those are just 2 examples only!

Ideally a website should have these categories

Mods: Then it lists all the brands
Tanks: Then it categorizes them into atom, carto, clearo
    Full kits:
    Batteries:
    Chargers:
    Coils:
    Drip tips:
    Ejuice:
    Accessories:

    That's it!

egos are both a mod and a battery (but not a mod battery)

also, its an overseas based website. I think they multi categorise for 2 reasons : language and coverage (i.e: in multiple categories it gets displayed more often).

drop them a mail with your suggestions - they may (or may not) listen and yes, when you are new it can be a little confusing. like everything, practice makes perfect, the more you get exposed to it all, the clearer it becomes.

Egos are both a mod and a battery, but not a mod battery? What do you mean exactly by that?

From my understanding, the Ego passthrough is a mod which inheritantly contains the battery that cannot be removed. There should be no removable battery (e.g. 18650, 18500). Mod = Battery. They are one.

Egos are refered to as a 'battery' or as an ego. An ego, to all intents and purposes is a mod (a tube with a battery in). A mod battery is a generic battery used for mods that require a battery to be inserted.

Hence why an ego would likely appear in more than one section

They could probably do with a back-end upgrade. I can't help thinking the website is so awkward because they're still using Zen Cart - a free, but outdated e-commerce solution. I used to use Zen Cart myself.
The clean break: Last smoke on 2/12/2012, first vape on 3/12/2012.
