    YES I hate been ignored as well !

    HELP DESK is not replying to my ticket in timely matter over the order via EMS sat since dec 3rd .. they have replied telling me its in Australia cause of custom strikes sitting at airport .. been on phone with auspost many times and they say hasn't even left CHINA ... not ordering another product from HC until this package in my hands ..

    HC should review their ticket system... they didn't approach the subject in my thread... it's not doing them any favours by ignoring customer tickets.

    It's so super annoying. I recently bought Alot of concentrates from an aussie vendor. They gave me a free sample of coconut, which leaked and ruined my order. I cant smell any of my flavours at all now. When I tried to wash the smell off my other bottles all the labels started falling off, making it hard to tell which is which.
    This was my first order through them. I emailed them and told them. Lol no reply. All I hoped for was acknowledgement or a sorry. *crickets* Won't shop there again now.

    Hi guys,
    Apologize for the delay, we are trying our best to solve the EMS shippment problem on 3rd Dec, have called the EMS at least 20 times. Today we get the finall confirm, all have been solved. Packages will be delivered before Xmas.

    My advise give daily update on what you doing .. was 3 days had no reply where it left me feeling ok HC just going leave it as that ..
