Q: Does your company provide any warranty? How long is the warranty period?
A: All the Joye atomizers (except low resistance LR atomizers), batteries, PCC,Passthru are covered with a standard 6 months warranty. All the DSE atomizers (except low resistance LR atomizers), batteries, PCC,Passthru enjoy a standard of 3 months warranty. If the product is defective or DOA (dead on arrival), we will replace it with a new one for you freely. By freely, we mean the customer covers the delivery fee sending to us and we cover delivery fee sending to the customer.

Q: If the product has something wrong within the warranty period, how to get a new replacement freely?
A: Please follow the following steps.

First, please send us your defective product to the following address in your cheapest way. Make sure to write down your order number or email for us to check your package.

after your sending bad items back, please place a replacement order and choose Western union as the payment method (if so, you don’t need to pay online.) and choose china airmail as shipping method. please write down” replacement order for****" (the original order number) ” in the “comment” column.

After finished the above procedures, please email us the replacement order number.

We will send you a new product as well as a tracking number for you to track online within three to seven working days through China Post Airmails after receiving and checking your new order number.

When placing a new order, you can directly leave us message about the type, color and quantity of the product in the “comment” column. we will send new free replacements with your order together.
