If you have any questions about your order or products, please click Help Desk and submit a ticket as usual.
Our ticket system still works well. If you do not get an email notice after you submit a ticket, or you do not get our reply notice for your ticket, please you log into your ticket using the ticket ID and check our reply.
We are trying to fix the problem. It may take a few hours or a few days.
