    SS 316L Fused Claptons

Okay, we all know the Fused Claptons give a more flavour and clouds compared to ordinary Clapton coils. But, did you know that varying the wrap size can fine-tune your vaping experience? If you're after clouds, then a 32 gauge wrap is best for you; after flavour? - 40 gauge is your choice; a balance between clouds and flavour - 36 gauge.

I have available SS 316L fused claptons with a 28x2 core, 8/7 wraps, 3 mm ID:
    1. 32 AWG wrap - 0.5 Ω resistance
    2. 36 AWG wrap - 0.47 Ω resistance
    3. 40 AWG wrap - 0.45 Ω resistance

That's really interesting Jobics, I have been wondering how to work out the Watts for Claptons. Thank you!

I can do custom claptons coils with kanthal, n80 or SS 316L.
    1.5, 2, 2.5 or 3 mm internal diameter.
Can you specify what you want?

Correct me if I'm wrong but I assume you're going to use an unrelated mod because, for regulated, I just set the wattage to how warm/cool I want my vape to be which is around 60-70 watts for fused claptons.

Don't forget to take into consideration the ramp up time for claptons because of the increase in wire mass to be heated up.

    26awg ni80 core (single) with 36awg ni80 wrap. 2.5mm ID. At least 0.6ohm.

And the same as above, but 40 wrap.

Both "Z" coils (legs pointing opposite directions)

I can buy a few if it makes it more worthwhile for you.

Us nichrome users have slim pickings with factory wire.

Let me know price and payment method.

Turns out I don't have 36 but I do have 38 and 40 gauge wire so I can do these. Ohm values courtesy of Wire wizard | Steam Engine | free vaping calculators
    26/38 N80; 5 wraps; 2.5 mm ID; 0.534 ohms
    26/38 N80; 6 wraps; 2.5 mm ID; 0.632 ohms

    26/40 N80; 5 wraps; 2.5 mm ID; 0.529 ohms
    26/40 N80; 6 wraps; 2.5 mm ID; 0.620 ohms
Leg length for the resistance computation is 5 mm.

I do clapton batches of around 1.8 meters so, one batch will yield at least 15 coils. You can order less than that since I can use those for my squonker too. I'm going to price this at the store at $2 per coil. Postage is an additional $2.50.

If you proceed with an order, you can send payment to https://paypal.me/flippingfilo. Check your inbox.
