Yo @jobics, I've never been tempted to buy coils before, but your presentation and range appeals to me.

Thanks mate. I try to sell the coils which I myself enjoy using so I don't usually do crazy low resistance although I will fill custom coils. I also don't do alien coils as they take a lot of time to make and commensurately will cost a lot more. Flavour enhancement of aliens is just a little bit better than the a comparable build using straight wire. But that's my opinion. I will admit though that aliens look very pretty.

I started serious squonking last week and I like it so I'll be adding higher resistance coils to the line up.

Anyway, I'm happy to see that I might be able to change your mind.

That's great news and perfect timing as I have started squonking this week too

Seldom, not never. Proven by the fact that I too squonk.

    SS 430 coils now available

I have been able to source SS 430 wires from Germany and am stoked to announce that SS 430 claptons are now available from Flipping Filo. SS 430 has a higher TCR value compared to SS 316L. What does this mean? It means better temperature control as the resistance change when the coils heat up is more pronounced with SS 430 wire. Low end TC devices will benefit from this, although I have noticed better TC control with my DNA devices.

    hey jobics,
have you made any mirror coils? just a flat/ribbon SS then polished.
im interested in trying it out but not the tedious effort on making it.

I have not tried making any. I've watched squidoode's video on making one and his warning about leaving some powdered metal residue on the coil which could get sucked into the lungs and causing potential problems convinced me not to make any. And I don't have any flat SS wire in stock.

    Very nice eye candy though.
