That can be done. What lengths do you want and how many?

The last lot of wire I got was a 10ft spool and has lasted me 5 years
    So 2 metres maybe

All depends on cost I suppose

I'm setting up my new claptoning sled tomorrow and I'll whip this up for you then. PM me your address and I'll send it out on Monday using regular mail. No cost but I'd appreciate some feedback regarding the wire.

No cost because in my coil making, claptoning single cores is the easy part (it gets progressively harder with double and triple cores. In my experience, it's the winding which eats up more time.

Nothing really much to see. It's just a plank of wood with a drill fixed to one end and a positionable swivel stand at the other end. I waxed the plank so the claptoning jig slides without much effort. I went to the trouble of setting up a high speed motor to act as the drill replacement but it doesn't work as well as a real drill.

New items - 316L quad core fused claptons

I'll be adding new coil types to the store in the next few days. I've just finished putting up the new quad core fused claptons. The coil is similar to aliens albeit without the wavy wrap. You'll have a choice of 28gx4/36g and 30gx4/40g, internal diameter is 3.0 mm - wraps from 5 to 8 wraps so it can cater to your vaping requirements and to cater to single or dual coil vapers. A caveat, though, using a quad core 8 wraps in a dual coil configuration means a longer ramp up time. To order, click here.

As this forum has given so much back to me, use the discount code AVF10 to get a 10% discount on your purchases.

NEW- SS 316L Twisted, Tiger and Hive coils

For some reason, twisted coils aren't as popular as clapton coils. Maybe they don't look sexy enough but what it lacks in looks, it more than makes up for it in flavour.
I especially like the quad twisted coil which is my go-to coil if there's limited deck space for large builds. Following coils are now available at the website.

Price for these coils are only $1.50 each. SS 316L Twisted, Tiger & Hive coils
