    Home made Paps button

Started to make this button on my mate's lathe.
Had to finish it on my cronky old pillar drill.
Fires great, stands without need for a lock.
Now I can use another of my 4 Paps tubes

Thanks mate, as I said I had to finish it off on the pillar drill, lathe time is non existant at the moment, but I still have a full hybrid brewing in my mind, weather it ever sees the light of day will depend on access to a lathe and free time, both of which are unfortunately in short supply, but we shall see
P.s to anyone who wants one of these made sorry, see above.

Lol that reminds me of the time I tried to clean the inside contact on my Zen mini and got my finger full on stuck in the tube!

On innitial assembly the button was flat, this meant you could hit the edge of the button and it did bind a little from time to time.
this evening I resanded/machined it to a domed shape so now you can't help but hit the middle and hence get great smooth action every time, the action is less than a mm and it is light as a feather, easy on the pinkie
