    Protank dripping atty

I have been searching for days as to why all of a sudden my Protank 1 has decided to be a pain and squirt juice into my mouth all the time.
Whilst searching I can across a cool DIY dripping atty using parts from a Protank. Perfect if you have smashed yours, as that's the one part you don't need.
I have been trying to find the thread ( from another forum ) but can't find it, so thought I'd mention it on here and if someone knows where I saw it, maybe they can link it.
I haven't got a dripping atty so thought I'd do it to try out heaps of juices I haven't got around to trying.

Please be careful if doing this as obviously these parts are not intended for this purpose

    Parts needed are:
    Protank base.
    Protank coil.
    Ego cone.

I make dripping atty's using a similar system ... well, I use the EVOD/ProTank/T3S coil anyway. It works well

Well that works just fine, still too airy for me, but works.

Yeah it is Mr Gruffy, but ill stick with it for now as it gives me a chance to quickly taste new flavors.
Have you tried covering air holes at the thread of the protank? I used whiteout and it made a big difference.

Brilliant (in my humble opinion) Mine doesn't have the open design of the one in the OP, so it doesn't leak when in your pocket / laying down ... etc. I don't have a ProTank to compare to, but it outperforms an EVOD/MT3/T3S in taste, throat hit & vapour, it fact, it almost rivals a Spiral for performance. And if you only use 6 drops, it never leaks from the battery connector or gurgles. Been my ADV for a couple of months.

You've seen the (blurry) pictures before.

What I like about the OP though is you don't need a lathe

MrG, I made my own base for 2x drippers and used a single 1.2 hole and that tightens the draw. My last 2x have used an EVOD or T3S base which has 3x 0.8 holes, which works out to an equivalent 1.38 hole. Touch airy, but I'm okay with it.
