    Super small copper bottom feeder

I've been waiting on my two batches of DNA40s, and got bored so...
I wanted a mechanical squonker to have as a bullet proof back up to my DNA bottomfeeders, and I wanted it to be as compact as possible. I still only have a pillar drill, sander, small bending brake and angle grinder, so It was a challenge making the switch carrier, I used a slice of a kitchen impliment that stated it was safe upto 200deg on the label .
The body is made from 1mm pure copper plate, and ends are soldered on.
The switch button is from and old Sigelei tube mod I wasn't using, the leaf contact spring is beryllium copper from an Eveready Dolphin torch, the kind that often turns up at my local tip shop.
The pos pin feed tube is a brass bolt that I drilled out to 1.6mm ( and side drilled for feed to the atty, and tapped a M2 thread in the top for the clamping screw.
with a 0.65Ohm 28g Nichrome tricro voltage drop is minimal at charge of 4.08v I get 3.96v at the atty with the blue Samsung INR.
Its is small and very solid feeling & hitting like a train, as a result I am having a brief revival of my love affair with mechanicals.
