I don't have that mod, but make sure it's not in stealth mode.

Find the manual for the D2 mod and see what functions it has.
Most mods have a stealth mode, allowing you to turn the screen light off.
Give the threads and battery connection a good cleaning, that could make a difference.

You've done the 5 clicks on and off?
And the 3 clicks to change mode, and nothing happens?
You'll have to wait until someone with one turns up.
    Don't take it apart.

I just changed the batt in my IPC d2 and I noticed the screen was flashing a bunch of weird crap I couldn't understand and then went out Completely. However it still fires no problem but I now have no screen what so ever. So I then unscrewed and took off main cover plate and noticed it looked wet inside and found when my tank leaked the juice somehow got inside the mod it self and I'm thinking caused my screen to burn out... Bummer.
What can I do to fix this anybody know I love this mod can't afford to buy new one unless I got a cheap P.O.S. and who wants that right.

Isopropyl bath, leave it to dry for a day or two.

Yep, give it a wash with alcohol. It's best if you can dismantle it but if you can't just leave it a day in a warm place to dry out completely. Isopropyl alcohol is best (electronics cleaning solvent, available in spray cans from Jaycar) or if you have nothing else, methylated spirits. IPA dries faster and might be kinder for plastics and varnishes.
