    Forced Patina and Alcohol Inks

I get a kick out of having unique things that you made or decorated yourself so I am ressurecting a bit of an older technique for jazzing up your mods (couldn't find a thread already set up) if there is a thread already maybe you could link it for me.

I have been playing with patina's and mod finishes for a while and these days the alcohol inks are much better colours and qualities. If you have tinkered with these techniques show us your pics and let us know how successful they were for you.

I will kick it off with a baby 18350 nemesis clone. (It was just a play so I have not clear coated it yet)

The technique is DIY alcohol inks (made from sharpie innards & isopropyl alcohol) dotted on a clean SS mod. Straight blue and yellow.

This is another practice from today. This is on an anodised silver evic /Anyvape tube that goes on my Bod Mecha's

Still drying but another colour combo. This is with Adirondack inks (mountain rise & hazelnut)

I haven't done it myself. But have a DreadyMark original.

Bronze mod. I love patina bronze sculpture. He had troubles with this, I felt bad and kept paypalling tips for hard work. So I think tips included I paid about $200usd for the patina lol

Yeah, I've been totally inspired by that vid. That's why I bought up all these copper clones. I've got everything on hand to have a go, and a free day tomorrow.
