In the meantime, I've been working on a few new designs. Currently looking at stackable racks for e-liquid and flavour bottles that will accommodate 10 ml & 30 ml bottles in separate layers. Given the constraint of allowing both 10 & 30 ml layers, there will likely be spare space across the width. Since there will be spare width, I thought it'd make sense to stagger alternate rows to allow more rows per depth. Here is a visualisation of what I mean, but without the base and 'stack posts' etc.
The problem with the design is that the rings on the top are unsupported - you can't print in mid-air and I think you need at least 50% support for inside angles and so on. You *could* try printing it on it's side, as long as the circles are not so big as to suffer the same problem. I certainly wouldn't recommend it for a first print ;-)

O..K. So, it turns out I wasn't clever enough to work out the math behind adding a number of staggered rows. (The first two were arranged by a hard coded number that just fudged the Y offset.)

Here is the version for 25 x 30 ml bottles.

While this is the version for 49 x 10 ml bottles.

Oh, and I just ordered an Anycubic I3 Mega.
