LOL I don't think so. Much too valuable for me to play with someone elses.

Just on these Rev 4's I had a look for someone else when they first came out. But because of the way they are setup and function I doubt I could do anything for them. They don't have a flat substrate and you need to be able to machine out the levels which we aren't equiped to do that.

I thought Juz was going to make some. He has the cnc and the wood

What I could do is get cheap clone panels (if I could) shave the top 1-2mm and build some artwork on them.and recoat.

or get sully to 3D print me some substrates with a lip that I can infill with some artwork and resin. That would work.

Shout out to Sully. What do you think

You can use casting resin and make molds but this only needs 2-3mm and thats hard to get a perfectly flat gloss finish in a mould. You could make it thicker and sand to the right depth (to much trouble with heat and softening) Becasue the spare panels for this mod are so cheap i would pour directly onto the base, in something like my billet boxes where panels are not available its easier to use yupo and switch out the panels whenever you want a change. I use 3m double sided adhesive tape which is removable. Yupo is synthetic paper which is plastic paper (less than 1mm thick) and is uneffected by water. It also allows the use of alcohol inks if you want to go the faux wood/patina designs.

Ps if you pour resin directly to the metal base you need to prime the metal anyway so you dont save any work or expense.

This is only one of a thousand ways to do this.
Hi Xx, how do you get the beveled doming effect on the resin? Does it do it by itself when done?

Carefully. The resin is low viscosity and its a bit tricky but I can pour it that way as long as its level.

Cool so it's just the resin and how you pour it excellent! Thought you did something fancy like pour it into a mold or something. Also what resin do you recommend i.e brand?
