What new circuit boards are on the horizon for 2018?

I'm still rather new to the regulated scene, so have NFI where to search for rumours or upcoming tech developments.

But I'm good for mods until the next development in circuit boards. And wondering if anyone has heard of anything upcoming for 2018?

Evolv DNA 250C - from the horses mouth (in the last pbusardo interview) that it's just around the corner.

Not exactly a shocker. Blind Freddy could have seen that one coming from orbit.

We probably wont see anything much different until late 2020,
& may be not then if the FDA disapproves every thing.

This - but disagree that the FDA has much power in the innovation thing - because nicotine is not the only thing driving innovation here -

There are also the stoners who vape and constantly innovate and to a much lesser extent the dieters- and then behind the scenes there is talk by pharma about using vaping to deliver medications

There is no way of really stopping vaping in any form or its development me humbly thinks ....

Oh sorry a quick new thought on vape innovation predictions (cause I would burst if I didnt post!) - maybe not on the boards themselves but on the actual charging of devices/ mods - prolly in the next year or two esp if copyright etc is ignored

This just crossed my browser and I got all excited

The FCC Has Approved a World-First Wireless Charger

Although now I suppose it may get complicated in terms of types of batteries for wireless charging? I dont know ..... but modders and mass producers do tend to be pretty quick out of the starting gate - and this is a good gimmick

I don't care about any of that.

    Just new high end boards.

Plenty of threads to discuss other stuff

Sorry Dogman I will stay out of your thread -

Just thought it was relevant bc chips/boards enable customization of vaping experience from temp to blue tooth use to wattage ...and so far we have only had the cheap (and from what I understand problematic) QI wireless charging chip or device that tacks onto the back of your mod - so with the new tech I thought my post might be relevant to upcoming chips/boards and what may be expected of them (including high end )

Obviously I was completely wrong ...

Sorry about that - am tottering off now - have a good day

all the boards are pretty much carbon copies now,
The only major change ill predict in 2018 will be a Mesh mode setting added.

The regulated market is shifting from new features to device shrinkage. Eleaf and Wismec did it so everyone wants a piece of the pie.
