    Magnets and lithium ion batteries?

So I know this is a quiet place and I may not get an answer but - I will ask anyways

I noticed that my skystar has really strong batteries on the case cover - enough so that if i have my mod near anything magnetic that my mod will pick it up - tweezers, files, the batteries when I put fresh ones in and other ephemera

So I got curious about the affect if any on the magnets on the batteries in the mod

I did my google search but cmae up with conflicting results - some seem to day magnets may drain the batteries faster - others say no affect- then there are articles about magnets improving battery performance

    So my question is -

Do the strong magnets in our mods have any affect at all on the batteries we use?
ďBut I donít want to go among mad people," Alice remarked.
"Oh, you canít help that," said the Cat: "weíre all mad here. Iím mad. Youíre mad."
"How do you know Iím mad?" said Alice.
"You must be," said the Cat, "or you wouldnít have come here.Ē

The active ingredients in Li-ion batteries are Lithium and carbon, Lithium is an alkali metal and is not magnetic. Therefore adding a magnetic charge to it will not do anything reb.

I have a squonker where the door is held on with a magnet that sticks to the battery and it makes zero difference to battery life.

I also have mods where the magnets on the door stick to the battery and I haven't noticed any difference
