Gear to buy to get started

Hi, been off the darts now for 6 weeks and loving it.
Have introduced Vaping to 5 friends and they have also stopped.
I researched these forums for a couple of months before buying anything. It was all a bit daunting at first
And I wasn't sure what to buy - so I ended up buying everything!Spent about $300 initially.
I have since narrowed down a purchase list that I give to friends wanting to have a go...
    Cost is around $150
    -->

    You will need
    1. Protank Atomisers (pack of 5) x2 2.2ohm
Kanger ProTank Replacement Coils | Vapebar

    2. Kanger EVOD x2
Kanger EVOD MT BCC | Vapebar | eCigarette

    3. Battery 650mAh
Genuine Joye eGo-C Upgrade Battery | Vapebar

    4. Mini battery
Mini eGo Battery | eCigarette Battery | eCig Batteries

    5. Charger +/- wall plug
Joye eGo USB Charger Cable - Vapebar
    Universal Australian USB Plug

    6. Red Bull flavour x2
    RBull - Vapebar

    7. NICOTINE (Careful when handling), 115ml / 100% PG 36mg/ml
    115ml HC Unflavored E-liquid [Z8 HC Unflavored 115ml] - $11.99 : Healthcabin Electronic Cigarettes - Wholesale and Retail

    8. Empty bottles (prob get 3x10ml & 3x30ml)
    Empty Ejuice Bottle(childproof) [06-D-23] - $0.25 : Healthcabin Electronic Cigarettes - Wholesale and Retail

    9. Case
eGo Medium (M) Carry Case in 10 colors [06-C-321] - $4.50 : Healthcabin Electronic Cigarettes - Wholesale and Retail

    To Vape:
Mix half red bull & half 36mg/ml nicotine
Or if too strong - 60% red bull/ 40% nicotine (this is what I use now)
    Assemble
    Enjoy

Is the Red Bull flavour compulsory?

I would go back to smokes if I had to vape that stuff.

Nice! If only EVODS were bigger. Any trouble using them with thin 100% PG juice?

that doesnt seem like much for $150. there are a couple of health cabing shopping lists that will get you more for less. or there is vaping cobra. suggest 2 cobra kit c (Electronic Cigarette Starter Kit - Cobra Kit C | eGo-T) and a case $60 shipped (gives your4 flavours to try). and 2 bottles of HC nic approx $40 shipped

So far only about $1200 spent on vapeing

No probs with 100% PG - I mix with Joyetech flavour, which is PG based but does have some VG in it
    - provides enough vapour & no leaking

If the EVOD is too small then the PROTANK holds more, but looks more like a crack-pipe!

why not just go this kit to start and order some vg juiceand nicotine, preferably vg 48mg then later on look at upgrading. The stardust are good starters

then can choose the redbull or whatever flavour they want to start mixing:

    50% flavour
    25% vg
    25% nicotine to give a 12mg 50/50mix

The (Joyetech) Red Bull flavour is the only one I and my friends have liked!
I tried other joyetech flavours (tobacco, grape, orange)
I didn't like any of the pre-mix healthcabin flavours
I also didn't like cigarillos & brasilio pre-mix (from the UK)

Have now given up trying for a better flavour, so will stick with red bull

I started with the CE4 clearomisers
    - found them a waste of time and money
Leaking and gurgling was the main problem (even with 30% VG)
Also hard to clean and service
They are longer than the EVODs as well

The EVODs ate super easy to clean with hot water only.
Easy to fill ( but yes they don't hold a heap )
I'm changing the atomisers once a week ($1:50)
