My first week and some questions

I have been a half a pack-a-day smoker for fifteen years plus and had only recently stumbled upon the world of e-cigs. I spent a good couple of hours researching one Sunday night and by that Friday I had received a starter kit from VapeBar and some juice and other bits and pieces from Health Cabin (thanks to the noob shopping list in these forums).

My last cigarette was one week ago, the same day I received my orders, and I haven't even contemplated having one since. One week in and I think I'm getting a hang of all the, often confusing and intimidating, terminology and abbreviations associated with Vaping.

Just a couple of noob questions:
    - Where can I get a cone for an eGo that will fit over the Boge cartomizers?
    - Which lasts longer without maintenance, clearo or carto?
    - If I use a Drip Tip as a mouthpiece should I change them regularly?

My quick answers to your questions. And not necessarily the best answers either.

    - Where can I get a cone for an eGo that will fit over the Boge cartomizers? Put your carto's into a tank. No need for cones or covers then. I'm pretty sure that some of our friendly local vendors carry something that will do the job.
    - Which lasts longer without maintenance, clearo or carto? Roughly the same, maybe a Stardust will work for longer? But once the carto is dead, throw it away. Stardusts, more of a rinse and repeat setup.
    - If I use a Drip Tip as a mouthpiece should I change them regularly? Just clean them. Mine get a bit manky every now and then, but a quick clean and off you go again.

Just a comparison for you. For my style of vaping anyhow which normally involves clear juices.

Carto - can last 4 days
Carto in a tank - can last 1 to 2 weeks
Vivi Nova with the occasional rinse and dry burn - last a bloody long time.

The ego cones are pretty readily available.. Vapeking and Vapebar certainly have them.

Toll Man - You can buy some kit retail in Sydney through the Steam E-cigs, they run a market stall at Flemington on Saturdays and Parklea on Sundays. Nat and Maxim sell good quality gear and are happy to help out newbies.
