    Cotton, which one?

    Hi there

As the title suggests I'm looking to buy some cotton balls to use for my wicks but not sure which brand to buy and also whether or not to boil or not to boil.

I've looked at a few brands and I've found they don't state whether they are bleached so I assume they are, so can I just buy any brand and boil them, I got price line brand 100% cotton but that's all it says, suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Kc

These are good, boil, rinse, repeat a few times, air dry, wick and vape!

Echo life are temporarily unavailable. I emailed them to see when they are getting more and they couldn't tell me as they are looking for a new supplier, everywhere else I found them the postage was pretty steep.

KC I bought a packet of organic cotton balls the same in the link above from my local organic foods shop.
Maybe worth a try in your local area.

This grumpy old bastard wants to know all about these organic cotton balls you all want to use for vaping?? Me thinks its rather pretentious, and you are all being taken in by the hype. You are soaking the stuff in VG + PG+food flavoring and Nicotine. Anything lurking there will be good and dead. Anybody have any definitive information that Virgin, Organic, cotton balls, wool or whatever is of any benefit. Even bleaching the stuff is nowadays done with Hydrogen peroxide, which is used in mouthwash. My feeling is the whole thing is a scam, but that’s just me. Please convince me otherwise???

The dollar stores sound like a good bet to me.

Funny you should say that I bought a huge bag of cotton balls from iga. Hasn't done me any harm yet apart from a few involuntary spasms. And I occasionally get my words in a mucking fuddle.
