    melrose is fine oxey

keeping it simple to start with

if u want to make 10ml of juice at 9mg strength just mix together 5ml of the vg and 5ml of your 18mg juice

the nic content will be halved

nb - give it a good shake after you mix

Yep i been using the same stuff seems ok to me
to make a 10ml batch at 6 mg 60%pg/40%vg you need
    3.3ml of 18mg juice
    2.7 ml of pg
    4ml of vg

    think thats right

    or what avtec said ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

In a pre mix, the challenge is going to be to maintain the flavour.
It's just like diluting cordial. Eventually, you just have a hint of flavour and you may as well be drinking water.
Take a mL of your pre mix, and add VG, drop by drop, to see how dilute you can go but still have an acceptable flavour?

I haven't tried the Melrose myself, but I believe a lot of people use it and are happy with it.

IS there a steep time required for + Nic on these mixes?

It's subjective, some of the tobbaco style mixes need to, others don't, you may need to give us more info, Noe's the man to PM for more " dark arts" of juice mixing, mrsGruffy's not too shabby with the knowledge as well.
