Why do you want something that you dont even know what it is?

Originally it was aesthetics, then realized it was mechanical and came to the conclusion I had no idea how they work, what they are, etc.

    Aesthetics look wicked!!

A Mech Mod is a crack pipe with a button that activates the re-chargeable battery(18350 by the looks) and sends a positive and negative voltage of around 4V to the 510/maybe ego connection...where you're atty screws in

Mech's are great when you understand Ohm's law.

It sounds good... A F hammer, yeh. Must look good. I want it.... but what is it and what does it do.
Come on who can't identify with that. I know something like this has happened before but I can't remember. Probably Stnd out of my mind.

Shadzy, mate, I think you might have impulse buying problems. Don't learn about mech mods. Soon you'll be spending all your money on 'em and eating dog food because you are broke. A tip for ya. It's easier to steal for from cats. Trust me.

Impulse buying only works when I actually have money as it is xD.

Yeah, I've seen mech mods go for like $300+ and it makes me interested to know what all the fuss is about.

But do they vape at about a constant 4v, or does the voltage degrade as the batteries life does?

Same as a torch mate..the more current and use, the more the battery drains then needs re-charging.

Depends on the coil set up in the atty/juice/wick setup but they'll run sub Ohm to around 1.8 Ohms well.
Check out some YT reviews..it's an unprotected higher voltage mod with no electronics...it's mechanical.

The KTS Kamry's are cheap and reliable...looking at 30-40 bucks new?

    Check Sigelei's,Smok...they all make em.

A Mech mod is unregulated, therefore it will gradually reduce in power output as the battery drains, mech mods are popular because given a low enough resistance coil you can vape at a much higher wattage/power/heat etc than you can with a 'nancyboy potter' regulated mod like an ego or even a Vamo/Zmax/Provari etc.
Running a mech mod requires a basic understanding of Ohm's law to correctly calculate the resistance of the coil you build for your rebuldable atomizer, ensuring:
    1. you get your desired wattage delivered to your coil.
    2. you do not over stress your battery ( which all have different amperage drain capabilities depending on make model & size
    3.Other things
Mech mods have other risks including their lack of short circuit protection and other 'nancyboy potter' safe gaurds.

The subject is longer and deeper than I can go into , but other than their power delivery capabilities they win on form factor, being very compact compaired to regulated mods of similar battery life.
