Upgrade from cig-alikes to eGo-C twist and Kanger ProTank 2 and/or similar

Done a fair amount of research and trawling here at AVF, and am about to jump up from the cig-alikes (Aussie Blue Ultra G2 and Veppo 510 ecig) to something bigger (but not too big).
Thinking of going for the following for an upgrade kit:

    • eGo-C Twist 900mAh
    • Vision Spinner 1300mAh
    • USB charger/s to suit
    • Kanger ProTank2 x 3 or 4
    • Replacement coils pack of 5

All of the above to be sourced from VapeBar.
And, various nicotine e-juices from Halo or Darkest Day Vapors.

My question is, am I missing anything crucial or helpful from my little shopping list there? And, should I double up and get two of each of the batteries?

Any advice, critique or warnings would be appreciated.

    Cheers!

    g'day TiD,

Yep - minimum of 2 batteries - for when 1 is on charge (3 is better just in case), and 2 chargers - 1 for backup (the chargers are about $5 for the batts your are looking at)

Have a look through Noes List ! .... but you are on the right path there.

I can't comment on your selection of juice, just the strength - have a look in here: Noe's Newbie guide to nicotine juice consumption & strength.

    Sounds like a good start.

I soon found I wanted a minimum of three batteries - just in case I couldn't easily get to a charger for a day or so. I'm using the Vision 1300 spinners and find 'em fine.

For the few dollars they cost, I'd buy TWO chargers, just in case - you do not want to be caught short should anything happen.

I'm using EVODs - the "what is best" (Evods, protank or otherwise) will get many different answers, and as I'm not experienced in that side, I trust someone with greater knowledge will be along soon to add their views. Maybe grab two or three different types to try and see what you prefer?

    Good luck with it.

2 Chargers, 2 or 3 batts (3 is better if you can afford it).
IMO Aspires are better than the Pootanks but some people like the Pootanks.

Id make it 2x 5 pack of replaceable coils if you have multiple juices to try out Imo will delay your next order gear order quite a bit aswell.

Should TID (TobaccoIsDead) want to try the Aspire, he'd need to source from somebody other than Vapebar (do not list 'em on their site). They do have the other hardware items mentioned though.

Not that that ought stop TIB if he wants to try those - the Aspire seems well recommended.

    Thanks DaveJ!
Will check out the tank alternatives, and your advice to try different ones is good.

I just bought an Iclear 30B from the steamers.. Nice clearo for a reasonable price for the build quality.

    Thanks Noe!
Multiplying things will definitely blow out the cost, but I can see the rationale, and better to get the pain over now and save a bit of postage.
Your advice on the "Pootanks" (!) is helpful also. Will probably get at least two different tank brands so I can compare and work out what works for me. Will look up the Aspires.
    Cheers!
