    1 week smoke free

Wooo! Just congratulating myself on a week smoke free. Thus far vaping is filling the gap nicely. Already I have more energy.

Lung purge started last night, not pretty....

Vaping does not resemble poisonous tobacco smoking, it is a safe replacement.

    Replace, not resemble.

    Safe, not toxic.

    Great news.

Initially, it seems to take a while. Before you know it a month will have past. Soon enough you'll be telling us about the last six months free of smokes.

Keep it up. You won't regret it.

Gratz, hope the black crap in your lungs clears out within a day or two, I still remember hacking that crap out over a few days, after that it was easier to breathe
